Our streamlined mortgage lending process makes refinancing the rate or doing a cash-out refinance fast and easy. Simply fill out the Apply Now form to the right or a phone application by calling. After you’ve submitted your information, you’re ready to start the refinance process.

Once you determine your goals, you can take a look at the various loan programs available to decide which option is best for you. A Rate Paradise Loan Officer can answer any questions you have and will make product recommendations based on your goals.
Your Rate Paradise Loan Officer will provide you a list of items to upload into the portal so that we can verify all your information. At this point, you will lock in your interest rate to protect you against any changes in the market. You will also be sent preliminary disclosures such as the Initial Loan Disclosures which will include the Loan Estimate and Lock Agreement. After this you will complete your home appraisal inspection if needed as this is sometimes waived. After we receive all your documents, we will order the preliminary title report and open escrow. Once we have everything we need, your loan file will be submitted to the underwriter for formal approval.
After you review and esign the Closing Disclosures with your Loan Officer, you will sit back until your closing date. Depending on the loan type and state regulations, we’ll send directions to the title office where you’ll sign the closing documents with an Escrow Officer or Notary so we can disburse your funds. It’s just that simple!
